About Me
I’m a digital product and growth leader with 15+ years of experience shaping user-centric, data-driven experiences for global audiences. My background spans product, UX, content, and digital marketing. I’ve spent much of my career helping brands like PlayStation and NBCUniversal build smarter, more adaptive digital ecosystems.
What motivates me most is understanding how people behave their intent, their preferences, the subtle signals they leave behind and turning that insight into meaningful, personalized experiences. I’m at my best when I’m combining creativity with data, using both to build products that feel seamless, relevant, and genuinely helpful.
Who I've worked with:

How I work
Prototype quickly, validate early, scale confidently
I believe the best ideas start small. Build fast, test often, use real user feedback to decide what’s worth taking to full scale. This keeps momentum high and decisions grounded.
Let user signals inform every decision
Browsing patterns, search queries, clicks, scrolls, pauses these behaviours reveal what users need. I enjoy translating these signals into adaptive content, recommendations, and UX patterns that respond intelligently to each individual.
Design experiences that adapt, not just display
Static design doesn’t reflect how people think or behave. Creating dynamic modules, flexible layouts, and personalised touchpoints that evolve based on context and intent.
Experimentation as a continuous process
I run A/B tests and quick experiments to validate hypotheses and refine user journeys. Testing isn’t a final step it’s part of the entire product cycle.
Cross-functional collaboration that actually works
Working closely with engineering, design, ML, analytics, and marketing is where I thrive. I naturally step into the role that connects these teams, aligns direction, and ensures we deliver cohesive experiences across all platforms.
Obsessed with meaningful impact
Conversion uplift, engagement, retention, customer satisfaction I care deeply about the metrics that reflect real user and business value. Insight-led decisions drive everything I build.
My Background
My career started in digital content and UX, eventually expanding into product roles where I supported the management of PlayStation’s digital channels across 100+ markets and 40+ languages. This taught me how to build for global scale while keeping the user experience personal and culturally aware.
Since then, I’ve worked across:
-
Personalisation and adaptive UX
-
Search, recommendations, and relevance improvements
-
Experimentation and CRO
-
Global content strategy and localisation
-
Internal platforms, Martech, CRM, analytics
-
No-code/low-code prototyping
-
AI-driven workflows and user experiences
Each role has strengthened my belief that the best products are created when data, design, and technology work in harmony.
What I Believe In
I believe digital experiences should feel considered thoughtful, responsive, and intuitive. My goal is always to create products that adapt to people, not force people to adapt to them.
If you’re looking for someone who brings clarity, curiosity, and craftsmanship to complex problems someone who partners closely with teams, moves with purpose, and always designs with the user in mind I’d love to connect.

Large Scale APIs
Managed large-scale global API integration for various channels. ● Enabled game creator Bungie to expand reach to global audiences and establish long-term success. ● Supported the development team by creating APIs aligned with end-user requirements and assisted in testing to define functionality, security, and performance.( This project included the development of a brand-new cinematic trailer for Bungie's Marathon).

27% increase in engagement measured as time on site
and a 19% lift in click-throughs to the PlayStation Store.
Average page load time dropped by 42%, and we achieved 98% accessibility compliance.
Sentiment surveys echoed what Sony Japan–Asia had reported earlier a notable NPS improvement, aligning with their +9-point trend.
An unexpected bonus was that our modular framework became the foundation for future campaign microsites, dramatically speeding up delivery for subsequent projects.
